For nearly 9 years, I’ve been dedicated to helping clients achieve beautiful, healthy hair through personalized care, education, and styles designed to enhance their natural beauty and confidence. My passion goes beyond creating great hair—I believe that healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp. Whether you’re booking a silk press, color service, extensions, braids, or a restorative treatment, my focus is always on maintaining the integrity of your hair while helping you reach your hair goals. I specialize in healthy hair care, scalp treatments, silk presses, blowouts, extensions, natural hair services, and color, creating customized experiences tailored to each client’s unique needs. CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing So Glamorous Beauty. Please review the following policies before booking: DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your final balance. CANCELLATION POLICY Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. NO-SHOW POLICY Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may be required to prepay future appointments in full. LATE ARRIVALS A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be modified, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the remaining time available. Late arrivals may be subject to a late fee. SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS Same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new deposit before booking future appointments. SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS If you are unhappy with your service, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so I can address any concerns. Refunds are not offered on completed services. HAIR & EXTENSIONS POLICY All hair extension and retail product sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once products have been received or installed. GUEST AND CHILDREN To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure all guests receive the best experience possible, additional guests and children who are not receiving services are not permitted unless previously approved.
